How the tiers stack: Rewards work tax-bracket style. Your first two referrals earn 4 hours each. Referrals 3 and 4 earn 8 hours each. Referrals 5 through 10 earn 12 hours each. Referral 11 and beyond unlock 16 hours each. Every referral counts – and they compound.

Program Details & Fine Print
- Credits are applied the month after your referral reaches the 25-hour mark.
- A maximum of 10 free hours may be redeemed per month, applied chronologically.
- There is no cash value to any unused credits or discounts.
- Hours are applied automatically to your next applicable invoice – no action required.
- Unused credits are forfeited 30 days after an engagement ends.
- Client must be current on all open invoices to redeem the credited hours.
